Our annual meeting this year will be held on Monday, January 26th at 7 PM in the Wickenburg Community Center, 160 N. Valentine Street, Wickenburg 85390.

Dear Rio Vista Hills HOA members and neighbors,
We wish to alert all residents that our contractor will be installing edge of road improvements along a portion of N 296th Ave as one travels NE at the top of the grade.
This activity will start at 8:00 AM on Thursday, May 8 and is expected to end in the afternoon of Friday, May 9.
Except for brief interruptions, a single lane of traffic should remain open.
Please drive slowly and be cautious when passing through areas where personnel and equipment are present.

We wish to alert all residents that our landscape maintenance company, Trees for Needs, will be trimming back the trees and shrubs along all our roads. This activity will start at 8:00 AM on Thursday, Nov 21 and is expected to end in the afternoon on Wednesday, Nov 27. The crews will not be working on the weekend.
Please drive slowly and be cautious when passing through areas where personnel and equipment are present.

Dear Rio Vista Hills HOA members and neighbors,
We wish to alert all residents that, today and tomorrow, a work crew will be present near the intersection of N 296th and N 295th avenues installing a new electrical cable underneath the N 296th roadway. The road will remain open but at times there will be equipment, vehicles and work crew members in that area. You may have noticed a temporary cable laying across the road. The date for cutover to the new power cable is not yet known.
Please drive slowly and be cautious when passing through areas where personnel and equipment are present.

Attention all RVH Residents and Neighbors,
The HOA Board wishes to make everyone aware that there has been suspicious activity in our neighborhood, most recently along the upper sections of N 293rd Ave and Alta Vista. This most recent activity involved a strange car parking for lengthy periods at various places along the roadway and parking in at least one driveway.
Please be vigilant. Keep your doors locked, garage doors closed, etc.
If you think you are observing suspicious activity, please call 911 which will connect you with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
