Traffic Alert – N 296th Ave – 3/16 @ 5AM

Dear Rio Vista Hills HOA members and neighbors,

There will again be a work crew and cement truck laying cement early in the morning on Monday, March 16 along the Southeast side of N 296th Ave in a section of road just above our entrance. The cement truck is expected to arrive around 5 AM and depart by approximately 6 AM.

Traffic will not be able to pass while the truck is present pouring cement. Because of this, our emergency entrance/exit will be open and available for use. The emergency entrance/exit is a single lane road located at the south end of N 295th Ave which leads from there down to Hwy 60. If possible, we suggest that it may be best to avoid the area at that time.

The work crew may remain on site for some time after the truck leaves. Please drive slowly and be cautious when passing through areas where personnel and equipment are present.

Dear Rio Vista Hills HOA members and neighbors,

We wish to alert all residents that there will be a work crew and cement truck laying cement early in the morning on Thursday, March 12 along the Southeast side of N 296 Ave in a section of road just above our entrance. The cement truck is expected to arrive around 5 AM and depart by 6 AM or sooner. Traffic may not be able to pass while the truck is present. The work crew may remain on site for some time after the truck leaves. It may be best to avoid this area at that time.

Please drive slowly and be cautious when passing through areas where personnel and equipment are present.

We wish to alert all residents that one of our maintenance companies will be performing edge of road and gutter repairs and improvements along the Southeast side of N 296 Ave in a section of road just above our entrance. This activity will start at 8:00 AM on Monday, Feb 23 and is expected to continue all week. We expect the crew will not be working over the weekend.

Please drive slowly and be cautious when passing through areas where personnel and equipment are present.

We wish to alert all residents that our contractor will be installing edge of road improvements along a portion of N 296th Ave as one travels NE at the top of the grade. 

This activity will start at 8:00 AM on Thursday, May 8 and is expected to end in the afternoon of Friday, May 9. 

Except for brief interruptions, a single lane of traffic should remain open.

Please drive slowly and be cautious when passing through areas where personnel and equipment are present.
