On Monday, January 3rd, work crews from Cactus Asphalt will be on-site to complete their work at the erosion sites on N 296 th Ave. A cement truck and workers will be present for a portion of the day to add a grout mixture to the new rock spillway. Also, additional riprap will be added to the gutter along the road edge opposite the spillway. The work is expected to be completed the same day. The crews will do their best to minimize delays to traffic.

Residents are requested to please reduce travel speeds and use caution when approaching the workers and equipment.

APS unexpectedly started work this morning on a line replacement project.

The project begins approximately at Jim Stevens’ driveway and extends up 296th Ave to Mike Reilly’s driveway. The project is scheduled to be completed around the 17th, but difficult digging may extend this estimate. Traffic control personnel are in place.
