Dear RVH Members and Neighbors,

The RVH Board wants all of our residents to be aware of an incident which occurred at approximately 4:00 AM on Sunday 9/20/26.  A red pickup truck was seen that had damaged the wall of a resident’s property  The truck and its occupants fled the scene, making it a “hit and run”. The intentions of the truck’s occupants are unknown, but we believe it was simply an accident and not a targeted attack. It is unknown why a non-resident would be traveling throughout our neighborhood’s private roads at that time of day.

We remind everyone to ensure your property is secure and to remain vigilant and observant of happenings in your areas. Do not hesitate to contact the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department by calling 911 to report suspicious activity or concerns for your safety.
