The Rio Vista Hills HOA Board meeting has been scheduled for 7 PM, Wednesday, December 10.  The meeting will be held at Brett Gerasim’s house.

1. APS construction update – Brett
2. Treasury issues (dues not paid, lien status, account balance) – Kathy
3. Road maintenance expenses (year-to-date spending, storm debris removal, sweeping) – Bill
4. Road Committee survey of necessary road repairs for 2015 – Bill/Brent
5. Budget and Dues for 2015 – Brett
6. Nominating Committee – identify nominees to replace retiring board members – discussion – All
