Upcoming Board Meeting

Our next Board Meeting is scheduled for 2 PM, Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Brett Gerasim’s house. We will be planning the upcoming Annual Meeting in addition to any new business. Are you an RVH Resident that would like to see something addressed in our neighborhood? Please feel free to comment or call one of your board members.

2014 Annual Meeting Date Announcement

The Rio Vista Hills HOA Annual Meeting is set for 7 PM Monday, January 27th, 2014, at the Wickenburg Community Center.  Please mark your calendars and plan on attending.  The meeting will only last an hour and it would be great to have participation and input from as many members as possible.  Please join us for a fun and interesting hour.

New Sign Installation

Where were your illustrious board and a few brave volunteers, right after Christmas? Installing the beautiful, new, Western-themed lettering atop the main entrance at RVH. A big thank you to all who braved the cold to improve our roads and entrance!

Erosion and Flood Control Improvements

The erosion mitigation project at the Mockingbird Wash by the Uhl Residence is well under way. Footers have been poured, rock baskets are secured, and we are filling in with rip rap to make sure that the road does not continue to break out. The Ten X Livestock Fence has also been restored.

Your Community At Work…

An army of volunteers came together to clear out the worst of the storm damage. A big thank you to all who donated their time, equipment, and diesel to help keep our roads passable and in good repair. Cactus Asphalt was also up to survey some of the more serious damage and the board has identified several problem areas where future flooding can be mitigated. More on that later.
