The HOA Board wishes to alert all our residents that a landscape crew will be working at the entrance to Rio Vista Hills all day on Friday, March 22.
Please exercise extreme care when driving through the entrance area.

A landscape crew will begin working at the entrance to Rio Vista Hills on the morning of Thursday, May 17. They will also be working along 293rd Avenue. Work is expected to take three days. Please exercise extreme care when driving in these areas.

APS will be replacing an underground power line that extends from approximately the Reilly residence on 296th Avenue up to the transformer positioned across the intersection of 295th and 296th Avenues, starting Monday, March 19th, at 8AM. RVH Residents should expect some traffic delays, as 296th Avenue will be down to one traffic lane during this time. Flaggers will be present to help navigate the construction. Work should be completed by Friday, March 23rd.

It’s that time of year again! The 2018 RVH Annual Meeting will be held at the Wickenburg Community Center Thursday, January 18th, at 7 PM.
