The HOA Board wishes to alert all our residents that a landscape crew will be working this week to trim brush and trees along our roadways.
 
Please exercise extreme care and be alert for the presence of landscape workers and vehicles.  Please drive slowly in areas where workers are present.

Traffic Alert for Friday, 3/22

The HOA Board wishes to alert all our residents that a landscape crew will be working at the entrance to Rio Vista Hills all day on Friday, March 22.

Please exercise extreme care when driving through the entrance area.

Board Meeting – 2/18 @ 7PM

A meeting of the RVH Board has been scheduled for 7 PM, Monday February 18 at Brett and Mary Ann Gerasim’s residence. Board members are expected to be in attendance. Members of the association are invited to attend; however, seating is limited so please RSVP to William Owens, 510-813-9792 if you wish to attend.

The Agenda is as follows:

  1. Election of Officers
  2. Discussion of possible investment of RVH reserves
  3. Launch 2019 Road Committee actions
  4. Other old business
  5. New Business

Road Work – 3/19 – 3/23

APS will be replacing an underground power line that extends from approximately the Reilly residence on 296th Avenue up to the transformer positioned across the intersection of 295th and 296th Avenues, starting Monday, March 19th, at 8AM. RVH Residents should expect some traffic delays, as 296th Avenue will be down to one traffic lane during this time. Flaggers will be present to help navigate the construction. Work should be completed by Friday, March 23rd.

Board Meeting – 2/13 @ 7PM

The RVH Board of Directors will meet Tuesday, February 13th, at Brett and Mary Ann Gerasim’s Residence. The agenda is as follows:

1.       Nightingale request regarding regular use of emergency gate.

2.       Election of Officers for 2018.

3.       2018 annual meeting location and deposit required for room.

4.       Road Committee update and plans for 2018 projects.

5.       Form committees for Architectural, Roads, and Entrance Beautification.

 
6.       New Business.

Annual Meeting – 1/18 @ 7PM

It’s that time of year again! The 2018 RVH Annual Meeting will be held at the Wickenburg Community Center Thursday, January 18th, at 7 PM.

The minutes of the meeting will be published in the Residents Only section once approved. Year-End Financials, and copies of all other presentation materials, are now available in the Residents Only Section.
